Traffic Secrets Revealed - Blogging

Traffic has forever been the main focus and in some cases the main problem to not succeeding and making a profitable success of their online business. Traffic is probably the most important thing when it comes to trying to make money online - without it you simple won't ever stand out and really succeed online.

So how difficult is it actually to gain sufficient traffic online, to make sales and get your site on the map and noticed? Well it all depends what you are planning to do and how hard you are able to work at it. It also depends on things like the niche your in, the popularity of that niche, the size of the niche and whether or not you are pushing the right products or services within that niche.

So how will I be gaining traffic to my site... In this Traffic Secrets Series I will be writing a bunch of articles on how to gain extra and targeted traffic towards your site and affiliate promotions. In this article I will be talking a bit about blogging.

Now blogging can either be used as a main platform or as a sub to your main affiliate site. Some niches operate better with a standalone blog whereby your blog is on the main directory, but my personal preference is to have a main site or what i call a parent site along with a blog. By doing this you will be able to send traffic and link love from your blog to your site making it stronger and jump up in the SE Ranks. If you want to make this traffic strategy via blogging work you are gonna have to post a lot... By that I mean making at least one or two quality and relevant post each day. You will also need to ping and bookmark your blog post each day. If this is done solid for a month or so you will soon see a lot of visits coming in to your blog and your main affiliate site.

So it is important to stay focussed, work hard and add valuable content and info in and around your niche. Also make sure to communicate and comment on other blogs in your niche - it will also help you to source ideas for new posts.
